Do I need to be home during the visit?

It’s not strictly required, but we recommend someone be available for the first visit to walk our personnel through the garden and any specific instructions.

What happens if it rains on my booking day?

No problem — our rain policy ensures no wasted hours. If outdoor work isn’t possible due to weather, our team will reassign to cleaning work in covered or indoor areas, so you always get full value for your booking.

Is there a minimum number of hours I need to book?

We recommend a minimum of 2 hours to allow meaningful work to be carried out. You can add additional hours on the day if needed.

Do I need to provide any tools or equipment?

No — our trained personnel arrive with all necessary tools and equipment. You don’t need to prepare anything beyond access to your garden.

Can I set up a recurring weekly or monthly schedule?

Absolutely. Many of our clients prefer a regular maintenance contract. Contact us after your first booking and we can arrange a schedule that suits you.
